Slutty Cheesecake Bars
There’s a reason these are called Slutty Cheesecake Bars. Hello, look at the piling going on: chocolate chip cookie crust, cheesecake filling stuffed with Oreos and then topped with more Oreos and crushed Whoppers. So, yeah, we are pretty much looking at a bar that contains, 2 types of cookies, cheesecake and candy—slutty for sure.
And you know what? I like slutty food. I like food though, so anything that can incorporate a few things into one easily and deliciously—I’m there.
These are so outrageous, but damn they are good. And stay tuned because if you haven’t noticed I’m on a cheesecake bar roll – remember: these, these, these, these and these. And since I’m always trying to top myself, the next is gonna be craz-ay!
Slutty Cheesecake Bars
Yield: Makes one 8x8 pan
Ingredients:
- 8oz. cookie dough (ready-made or homemade)
- 16 Oreos
- 12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
- 3 oz. Whoppers, chopped
- 5 Oreos, chopped
Directions:
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line pan with a foil sling.
- Roll out or using your fingers, press cookie dough to an 1/8 inch thickness and bake until crisp. Place whole Oreos on top of baked cookie crust.
- To make cheesecake filling: Place cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl and beat until blended. Pour mixture over Oreos.
- Sprinkle chopped Oreos and Whoppers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
*This can be prepared 3 days in advance and kept in the refrigerator tightly covered. Remove from refrigerator 20-30 minutes prior to serving. (Cut while cold for bars with nice clean edges).

Loving these! There is something about stuffing Oreos inside desserts and inside cookies or bars that just takes them to the next level. And love the EASE of preparation of this one. Decadence in a hurry!

Oh man, I have been meaning to make these for ages. I want to make them just for the name so that when I offer them to people I can say, “Hey, you want a slutty cheesecake bar?”. I’m sort of embarrassed by how much enjoyment I’d get out of that. lol

It’s probably totally unnecessary to tell you how sinful these look! And it would probably be just as unnecessary to add a drizzle of salted caramel sauce to them…but it just might have to be done!

I am not making these!

Whoppers? Lost in translation. Here in the UK the only place you can buy Whoppers is Burger King, and I wouldn’t want them on my cheesecake!

Hi, I did a quick search and found that whoppers are pretty much identical to Maltesers- that’s what I used

Can’t wait to make these for a party on Sunday- what kind of cookie dough is best for the crust? The photo doesn’t really look like a regular sugar cookie dough. Thanks!

Karen – The crust is chocolate chip cookie dough not a sugar cookie

Thanks! As soon I clicked back to the page, the first thing I noticed was “chocolate chip cookie crust” in the description above the pic! Duh!
What size pan did you use and what is a foil sling? Thanks! Looking forward to making these!

You can easily store bricks of Mozzarella for 3-6 months in your
freezer. The instructions for the Apple brie Cheese Omelette recipe are pretty straightforward, even a mere
male such as I am able to follow it, and even make it a tasty dish.
This is my favorite scenic drive in wa & the road
winds through sections of tall trees which create a canopy over
the road with filtered, speckled sunlight, entering through the car windows.
