I’m trying not to write about the heat, because really how boring and mundane. But dang it’s hot and if your basting in your own sweat, then the last thing you want to do is turn on an oven. So hey, thank goodness for easy elegance by way of a chocolate chip cookie trifle, kicked up with some silky smooth chocolate and peanut butter pudding.
I made these for Jenny’s virtual baby shower. She is expecting her third baby and a bunch of us bloggers are joining in the celebration coordinated by Marla. Now I’m assuming you have all been to both these lovely blog – great food and great pictures. I’m a regular reader of both blogs and have been fortunate to meet them both.
