What exactly are Southern BBQ Nachos? Think all your southern favorites in one cheesy, ooey-gooey, sauce-filled crunchy chip bite!
But since this is a food blog, let’s be exacting and break it down. These nachos are layered with: pulled barbecue chicken, baked beans, cole slaw and topped with onion rings, green onions and hot sauce if you want to bring some heat to it.
This recipe is also as my latest installment for the Game Day Eats Series I do with Matt. Episode 4 is about nachos. He’s coming in hot with Buffalo Chicken Nachos, which is pretty awesome, but fingers crossed these Southern BBQ Nachos are going to make me a 3-peat winner. Now here’s where I need your help: head over to my InstaStories and a vote for who did this week’s nacho theme better.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange half of the tortilla chips on a 9½-by-13-inch baking sheet. Top with half of the pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, barbecue chicken and baked beans.
