  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed (optional)
  • Coffee beans (optional)
