Cocktail Popsicles: Mudslide

Mudslide Popsicles ~ Creamy, boozy Mudslides on a stick. If you haven’t noticed, I will tell you, I have a thing for Mudslides. I kinda love Kahlua and Baileys, so the combination of the two is one of my favorite boozy pairings. Mix it into a popsicle and you might witness a juvenile case of not being able to share.

    A place in Corte Madera that used to be called the Peppermill had a cocktail made with Bailey’s and Kahlua. . . They called it a quaalude. I’m going to have to find the recipe and forward it to you. ; )
