There’s a reason these are called Slutty Cheesecake Bars. Hello, look at the piling going on: chocolate chip cookie crust, cheesecake filling stuffed with Oreos and then topped with more Oreos and crushed Whoppers. So, yeah, we are pretty much looking at a bar that contains, 2 types of cookies, cheesecake and candy—slutty for sure.
And you know what? I like slutty food. I like food though, so anything that can incorporate a few things into one easily and deliciously—I’m there.
Let’s kick start the new year with this easy Kit Kat Cheesecake Bar. It’s a full fat cheesecake bar. No skinny or dieting resolutions here. Although you can easily make this “skinny” with low-fat cream cheese. Either way you go, start from bottom with a graham cracker crust then stack whole Kit Kat bars on top and layer it with a rich chocolate cheesecake. To finsh things off, pour a chocolate layer all over and then garnish or decorate to your liking.
Okay, truth be told, the chocolate layer on top wasn’t part of the original plan. The original plan was to have a white chocolate swirl, but that didn’t work out so well. My hand did too much swirling and it ended up looking like a “swirly” mess, so I covered that up with what you see.
You are wearing eating pants for these Butterfinger Bars, right? Like I mentioned in the previous post all prayers for mercy will go unanswered. So, before we get started, let’s agree will power is overrated and accept that your hips are going to pissed. Done? Alright, let’s get obscene.
Going from the bottom up you’ll find a chocolate chip cookie dough crust that’s been layered with a heavy bricking of 5 king size packages of Butterfinger. To add some soft creaminess against the Butterfinger crunch and ease the sweetness is a layer of cheesecake. Finishing things off is a crumbled sprinkling of more cookie dough and a fistful mini chocolate chips.
