Grab your stretch pants – it’s a Snickers ice cream cake, with a layer of chocolate ice cream laced with brownies and vanilla ice cream cake with more of the same—the line of filling between the two: chopped Snickers.
Really, if you are anything like me, you have these “guilt swap” thoughts. But they are just that—thoughts. A momentary buffer that disappears at first bite. I know—I should change this about me—but later, for now I’m too busy for mental flossing.

Finally some has push aside the guilt factor with cake! I hate when people tell me to feel guilty about sweets. I am complete ice cream addict and this version is a keeper. SO many possibilities with this recipe too! Maybe a crunchie/honey comb ice cream cake next?
