If you’ve been following along, then you know I’ve partnered up with Kahlúa for their Summer Shake-up campaign. I’m a huge Kahlúa fan and with that, I have about another dozen recipes I could share, but today I’m sharing one that’s a no-bake recipe.
This seems apropos being that the weather is heating up and I’m sure you don’t want to be sweating in the kitchen when you could be out with friends and family.
Yes? Well, then I’ve got you covered. Inspired by the simplicity of Kahlúa’s White Russian (recipe in the notes section), I created these Kahlúa Crunch Balls, and much like the cocktail, the Kahlúa shines through in flavor. I covered mine in crumbed espresso beans and almonds for an added crunchy texture. If you are short on time, just dust them with powdered sugar.
Along with it being a fast and easy recipe, these also travel well, so take them with you to your next summer soiree or serve them at your own soiree. And pssst . . . these would be great for the holidays, just change the liners out to gold ones for some holiday pizazz!
