I’m going to hit savory one more time this week with this easy Hobo Salmon for a weeknight dinner. Next week, we’ll be back on our regularly scheduled programming of desserts.
Until then, let’s do this.
I’m keeping this post short today, because I need to get on the ever-fun task of getting my “stuff” gathered and ready for taxes. Nothing like waiting until the last minute, right? But guess what, I’m way ahead of where I was last year, and this year—I just may be able to avoid an extension and actually have it done—baby steps is what I keep explaining to Matt (Mr. Timely, Mr. Precsion, Mr. Everything-I’m-not . . . lucky for me we have a great ying and yang).
