I have to admit I think my Japanese aunt might scream in agony if she saw this. Sake and tea are serious things in Japanese culture. You don’t mess with them and you buy the best that you can, when you can.
Luckily I’m not Japanese, so I got bastardly with some inexpensive sake and threw it in a blender with some Lychees, honeydew and then garnished the popsicles with some raspberries.

Oh wow! I squealed out loud….I have a friend that will flip for these! Bastardize all you like, these really knocked my socks off…lychee…who’d have thought. Plus, im thinking after two or three pops your aunt will forgive you!
