I’m going through a phase where I want to bling everything out. If you follow me on Instagram, than not only do you see sneak peeks of what is coming up, but you’ll also see I’m currently heavy into whimsical and over-the-top decorated desserts.
But underneath all those fun finishes are solid desserts that shine on their own. This mini cake being one of them (BTW- I’ll be sharing the Jasmine Rose Macaron topper later this week).
The mini cake is a classic vanilla cake that serves many purposes, for today its a mini cake baked in KitchenAid’s Mini Angel Food pan.
