Look at what’s back? Cocktail Popsicles! The series was  slated to start at the beginning of summer. But hey, Brendan the editor over at Endless Simmer and I, decided summer or not, boozy posicles trend now.

Honeydew and Cucumber Margarita, Fig and Clementine Port Wine, Bourbon Peaches and Cream, Cherry Apple Whiskey Sour, Bloody Mary Popsicle, Blackberry Prosecco, Lychee and Raspberry Saketini, White and Black Russian Pudding Pops, Strawberry and Peach Vodka Collins, Dirty PirateWatermelon Mojito, Corona Beer Pops

    What I would have done for one of those today… I would have left my Nalgene full of gin and tonic at home, that’s what I would have done. ;-)

    Yesterday I made freezer jam out of a case of peeahcs I found a great deal on…only I mushed up too many peeahcs and had leftovers. I turned those into popsicles, too, and the kids are already eating them this morning. I love it becauuse it was only peach mush — no sugar or anything added. Mushed up fruit and yogurt make a creamy, fruity frozen treat too.

      Hi Ellin, yep- fruit and yogurt make great pops. You can actually make any of these boozy Popsicles kid friendly by just omitting the booze.
