Coffee Italian Ice

Get your spoons ready for the easiest, 3-ingredient ice cream—okay, so it’s not legit ice cream, it’s  Italian ice. But I promise you, it’s just as refreshing. And this Italian ice recipe couldn’t be easier!

As an added plus, this is egg free and dairy free, so go ahead—eat up, your bikini won’t hate you. Italian Ice Coffee | Bakers Royale

Well, maybe a little from the sugar, but let’s not nit-pick, because any dessert recipe as easy as this one deserves a place in your recipe collection.

But for those of you who want to quibble over the sugar, try using some agave or honey, just make sure you use an ice cream machine. It needs the churning for the aeration to give it the distinctive Italian ice texture. Otherwise you’ll just end up with sorbet.

Love the simplicity; I don’t have any coffee extract so I might have to play with some instant espresso. Like today!

I don’t have coffee extract either. Let me know how yours turns out, or any other substitutions you try for the coffee flavor. Please and thank you. :)
