Chocolate Dipped Pears with Almond Crunch

Quiet and uncomplicated these chocolate dipped pears are holiday perfect for easy elegance. I added the salted almond coating for texture and to strike a sweet and salty note to the ensemble.

Now for a non-sequitar. . .

Enjoy this modest dessert because I’ll be back to our regularly scheduled glutton cravings on Tuesday. If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram than you saw the tease. If not, let me say it’s a mercy killer – so get your eating pants ready.

Having just gotten back from Harry and David, I’m loving seeing these pears! And if a dessert is going to be gluten-free, I think you gotta do it right… and this is right. 😉
