This looks AMAZING!
Cheesecake was definitely an acquired taste for me, glad I’m not the only one. I’ll definitely try this though, because cheesecake is one of the few baking adventures I haven’t tackled yet, and the baked ones freak me out!

Love your mini’s..totally awesome..May I know, does your refrigerating means not freezing it in the freezer compartment of the fridge? I notice that some people may refer refrigerating as normal refrigerating while some may meant as refrigerate it in the freezing compartment. Can you help me out?

So this was so beautiful, I just had to try it Since we are such Oreo fans, we took it one giant Oreo step further and made the crust an Oreo crust in the place of the graham cracker crust. Thank you so much for sharing. Simply delightful!
